First of all I am 23 years old and would like to purchase a car from the bank (financing of course). However, my credit is not
great, in fact it%26#039;s in the high 500%26#039;s. I am thinking of getting something around 15,000 or so. My salary right now is 38,000
per year. Do you think the bank will loan me money for a car.

You might get one if you agree to a large downpayment and a high interest rate. Get a used car for under $10,000 and build up your credit. It doesn%26#039;t matter how high your salary is if you can%26#039;t handle money wisely. Your age and poor credit score are big strikes against you.
