Is there a difference in calculation for a mobile home vs. single family?
Most mortgage lenders will no longer lend on mobile (and some manufactured) homes. You will need to know if it is on a permanent foundation, has it been purged to the land (made one real property vs personal property on land), is it HUD or UBC construction. Hope this helps!!!
