Not for the price you paid.

Sure, but there be a lean on it from whoever lent you the money. You%26#039;ll have to pay them off first before you can get out of the debt. You cannot transfer the title until that happens.

Check with your lender and be prepared to take a big loss. Typically a car drops (if new) about 25-40 percentage in value the minute you drive it off the lot. That%26#039;s why smart people buy %26quot;gap%26quot; insurance as you%26#039;ll still owe the total amount owed even if the car is hit and totaled (the insurance company pays what the car is worth, not what you owe).

Yes you can sell the car but hopefully for more than what you owe on it because if you don%26#039;t you will having the remaining balance to pay.

ya but make sure you get atleast that amount for it or more otherwise you will be in the hole. And thats no good. You will have to get your title to it all straighted out at the DMV first thing in the morning. I wouldn%26#039;t let the car go until you did that or atleast have all the money in your hand, that way if the person gets into a wreck by accident or something he can%26#039;t say to you %26quot;sorry decided I don%26#039;t want the car no more%26quot; and there you would be %26quot;out a car and no money%26quot; hope this helped you Kim

it would all depend on what it is and how nice it is ,the best you might do is break even on it or make a hundred or two on it,but usually when you buy one at a lot you have paid top dollar for it so unless someone else wants to pay it off or buy it strait from you ,you might be stuck with it,or trade it back in to them for another one, there are ways to get around it,good luck with it.
